Course Details

Eligibility : Digital Communication:B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engg, Electrical Engg or Computer Sceince & Engg/M.Sc in Electronics with minimum of 55% in the relevant branch of Engineering.Thermal Engineering:B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg or Production Engg with minimum of 55% in the relevant branch of Engineering. Computer Science & Engineering:B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science & Engg, Information Technology or MCA with minimum of 55% in the relevant branch of Engineering. Information Security and Management  : Graduates in B Tech with minimum 60% (Computer Science, Information technology , Electronics & communication ,Electrical engineering ,MCA,& equivalent discipline. Wireles and mobile communication : BE/B-Tech in electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering or computer science & engineering, Applied electronics and instrumentation,M.Sc. in electronics with minimum of 55% marks in relevant branch of engineering. Power Electronics and Drives : BE/B-Tech in electronics & electrical engineering and electrical engineering with minimum of 55% marks in the relevant branch of engineering. Duration : 2 Years Seats Available : 18  ( in each course )

he admission to the M.Tech Program would be made on the basis of the valid Gate score of the candidates and incase of the unavailability of the GATE score holders the seats could be allotted on the basis of merit of B.E/B.Tech maintaining the minimum of 55% aggregate. The counselling for 10 no. of General seats, 05 sponsored and 03 SC/ST would be held at the Institute purely on the merit basis.
